SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We want to make this simple. Orders received before 3 pm East Coast time will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 3 pm East Coast time will be shipped the second business day after it's received. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and we do not count them as business days. If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm, it will be shipped on the next business day. 

We've chosen UPS, a founding member of the SmartWay Transport Partnership program, as our primary shipping partner. UPS has achieved the highest environmental ranking possible from the SmartWay Transport Partnership program.

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • All Domestic Orders are eligible for complimentary shipping via UPS Standard Ground, with the exception of shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. For destinations on the East Coast, delivery may take 1-3 business days, and for destinations on the West Coast, delivery make take 5-7 business days.

  • International Orders will be priced by weight. We do not ship to all countries at this time. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (only on UPS Canada Standard shipping), which are not included in the shipping charges on this site. 

  • Express Delivery can be chosen at an additional charge.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping
If you place your Internet order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. We do not ship on the following holidays:

Taxes
We must collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses at this time. Should an alternative method be chosen that is not through our UPS system, we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

If an order is placed on ROGANNYC.COM and then refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and returning shipping cost, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from the order refund. If returning shipping costs total more than the order total, the package will be abandoned and the customer will not be refunded. 

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
By visiting the Site, you are consenting to the practices described in the current version of this privacy policy. If you have visited the Site previously, please review the privacy policy again to be sure you are familiar with its present terms.

Protection of Personal Information
We want you to feel confident about using Rogannyc.com, and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. While we cannot guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security procedures to help protect the personal information that you provide to us.

 

ORDERING
Rogan does not sell products to children. Rogan only sells products to adults, ages 18 years and older, who can purchase them with a credit card. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders on our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if Rogan believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Rogan or its affiliates.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. As the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of product (with the exception of underwear, Rogan Objects and Rogan Select products). Products purchased through ROGANNYC.COM can only be returned through ROGANNYC.COM. Returns and exchanges for products purchased through ROGANNYC.COM will not be accepted at any ROGAN stores, nor will returns and exchanges for products purchased at any retailers besides ROGANNYC.COM be accepted at ROGANNYC.COM. 

All sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments can be made on final sale items.

If you have questions regarding size, color, fit, etc. for final sale items, please contact us at customercare@rogannyc.com before making the purchase. Full-priced items purchased within 14 days of the initial markdown may be eligible for a one-time price adjustment. The exact style and size of the item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustments can be made. Price adjustments will not be provided for any sale items or special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

All returns must be authorized by ROGANNYC.COM. Please send a return request within 14 days of receipt of product to customercare@rogannyc.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from ROGANNYC.COM, complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with the RA#) and enclose with your return/exchange. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. Send pre-paid and insured to:

ROGANNYC.COM will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery, or for returns/exchanges without an issued RA#.

Unfortunately ROGANNYC.COM is unable to provide direct online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style and/or color we would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction and we would be happy to provide a refund on the original item. All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of product to customercare@rogannyc.com and must be issued a RA#. 

Merchandise must be returned unworn with all original tags attached, in any original packaging if possible, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ROGANNYC.COM has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Please note it typically takes 2 - 4 business days after your package arrives at our facilities to process the credit request. We will email you a receipt confirming the return as soon as it is processed.

If you receive a package from us that looks damaged or if a product is damaged at arrival, please email us at customercare@rogannyc.com immediately. Items with damages due to manufacturing or production issues may be eligible for an exchange within 3 months of purchase from ROGANNYC.COM. Damaged item exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

This Return Policy only applies to ROGANNYC.COM. The ROGAN stores do not accept any refunds and can only issue store credit for any returns. Please call the ROGAN store at 330 Bowery at 646.827.7567 for details on the store policy.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
ROGANNYC.COM accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. At this time we do not accept PayPal and other forms of online accounts.

We price our products seasonally. Our product periodically will go on sale, and will be indicated as such. ROGANNYC.COM incorporates a Clearance section from time to time. Product offered for sale in the Clearance section will typically consist of product from a prior season, or current-season product with a limited remaining size run. We do not sell damaged or defective product (sometimes referred to as seconds). All Clearance sales are final.

 

VIEWING ORDERS
We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping.
